Music means a great deal to me. My tastes are eclectic as you may discover on this page. One of my greatest disappointments in life was never finding an instrument that I can play well enough to make my own music, but I have never stopped trying.
Last year my roommate talked me into renting a flute and learning to play it. So far I've come along pretty well, but I'm a long way from my first recital. If you should aspire to the flute some day, here is a good site to get you started:
My roommate (again) keeps complaining to me that she needs a drummer. Now I'm not really enamored of the idea of having a drum set in the house (even if I'm the one banging on them), but I found this site none the less. Who knows, maybe one day...
